Tecno Spark Go 2024: Countdown to Launch in India Begins!

Chinese smartphone maker Tecno is gearing up to launch its latest budget-friendly device in India tomorrow. The Tecno Spark Go 2024 phone will be released on December 4 and will be available for purchase on Amazon’s e-commerce platform. The device is rumored to feature a Unisoc T606 processor and a 5,000mAh battery that supports 10W wired charging.

Ahead of the launch, the company has confirmed that the upcoming Tecno Spark Go 2024 is set to introduce a segment-first 90Hz Dot-in display with a dynamic port.

Additionally, it uses DTS dual stereo speakers with a claimed 400 percent higher volume compared to competitors in the same segment, Gadgets360 reported.

The phone’s Dynamic Port feature, similar to Apple’s Dynamic Island, includes a pill-shaped pop-up animation that appears at the top of the screen to provide notifications and other information.

The Tecno Spark Go 2024 India price is yet to be announced, but the company suggests that it will be under Rs. 8,000. In Malaysia, the 4GB + 128GB variant is currently priced at RM 399, which is roughly Rs. 7,200.

The Tecno Spark Go 2024 is powered by an octa-core T606 chipset, 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The smartphone comes with HiOS 13.0 based on Android 13 Go Edition.

As far as the camera setup is concerned, the Tecno Spark Go 2024 India variant has a dual rear camera system. This setup includes a 13-megapixel primary rear sensor and an AI-backed camera. For selfies and video calls, the front camera has an 8-megapixel sensor. The phone is powered by a 5,000mAh battery and has a USB Type-C port, as announced by the company.

In related news, Tecno’s rival Redmi is also set to introduce two new budget smartphones in the country to compete with Tecno’s Spark Go 2024. Redmi 13C 5G and Redmi 13C 4G will be launched in the country on December 6.
